Tuesday –Lentil Chick Pea Stew
This dish is simple and works great for a chilly day or any day for that matter! I love to pair it with some warm homemade bread! I can already see the butter melting on that warm bread! YUM!
These tempeh and veggie skewers make me think of summer! Who says you can’t grill (or broil) in the winter! I paired these with some Pom Cookies! Enjoy the flavor of these cookies as you bite into the juicy poms!
Thursday– Vegetarian Meat Loaf
This is one of my husband’s favorites dishes! You heard me right…VEGETARIAN meat loaf, which means there is no actual meat included We used gluten free TVP. Be sure to read the label, not all TVPs are GF!
Its easy friday!! These sandwiches are awesome! Now if you can’t find chipotle mayo, plain will work just fine! You have some spices you are adding and the veggies bring lots of taste! Be sure to put your sandwich on some homemade bread using your Better Batter All Purpose Flour!
