This week we are cooking up some yummy and easy meals…and a sweet treat! YUM! Let’s get started!

Ah, these are so yummy!  I love a great bella burger!  Be sure to whip up some homemade buns using your better batter!  They will make your sandwich even tastier!

WednesdayTempeh Skewers  and cookies

These tempeh and veggie skewers make me think of summer!  Who says you can’t grill (or broil) in the winter! :)  I paired these with some Pom Cookies!  Enjoy the flavor of these cookies as you bite into the juicy poms!

Thursday Vegetarian Meat Loaf

This is one of my husband’s favorites dishes!  You heard me right…VEGETARIAN meat loaf, which means there is no actual meat included :)  We used gluten free TVP.  Be sure to read the label, not all TVPs are GF! :)

FridayChipotle Spread Veggie Sandwiches

Its easy friday!!  These sandwiches are awesome!  Now if you can’t find chipotle mayo, plain will work just fine!  You have some spices you are adding and the veggies bring lots of taste!  Be sure to put your sandwich on some homemade bread using your Better Batter All Purpose Flour!
