What’s Cooking? Week of December 9

Welcome to  Vegetarian Mamma‘s What’s Cooking! I hope that your week is starting off great!

As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer!  We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!

We are starting out this week nice and easy…with a casserole! Nothing tastes better with a comfort food casserole than some warm, fresh from the oven rolls!

Wednesday White Bean Ragout over Toast

Some of my favorite meals are served over toast!  Toast that was made from homemade bread! I love using Better Batter Flour to make homemade bread!

ThursdayGrilled Pepper Sandwich served on a homemade bun

Thursday nights always seems to be our chilling out night.  We know the next day is Friday and we can make it ONE more day to the weekend!  I guess we like to start the weekend a bit early!  So in honor of that we usually have easy meals!  This easy grilled pepper sandwich is perfect!
