Wednesday– White Bean Ragout over Toast
Some of my favorite meals are served over toast! Toast that was made from homemade bread! I love using Better Batter Flour to make homemade bread!
Thursday nights always seems to be our chilling out night. We know the next day is Friday and we can make it ONE more day to the weekend! I guess we like to start the weekend a bit early! So in honor of that we usually have easy meals! This easy grilled pepper sandwich is perfect!
