Tuesday –Tempeh Tacos
Tempeh has been a great “meat alternative” in our house. I loved it right away and it has grown on the rest of the family. We are finding a variety of ways that it can be cooked. We love taco night in our house so we recently incorporated tempeh into our tacos!
I love this dish so much I feature it as a main dish! My family also enjoys eating this cozy bean dish with grilled cheese and side salad.
Thursday– Simple Spaghetti
This is a fun recipe that uses fresh herbs and tastes even better the next day!
Friday–Easy Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin is such a versatile food! We can use it in muffins, pastas, soups, you name it! This time we are using fresh pumpkin puree to make soup! YUM! Don’t forget the GF rolls!
