What’s Cooking? May 5th

Welcome to  Vegetarian Mamma‘s What’s Cooking! I hope that your week is starting off great!

Welcome spring!  Or at least its trying around here!  Hopefully you survived the winter and are enjoying a bit of sunshine now!

Monday Monday (can you hear me singing?)  :)  We love weekend breakfast time at our house!  We make some yummy food, relax in our jammies and enjoy each others company!  Oh, and did I say coffee?  My husband and I enjoy our coffee too! This is an easy recipe that the entire family loved.  We played around with it a bit.  We found that if you did only egg (with NO stuffings) it didn’t work well!  The stuffings in this make the muffin! Serve your muffins with some toast my from homemade bread!  Be sure to use your Batter Batter Flour to make your bread!

TuesdayRoasted Tomato Pasta

Seriously, I can’t get enough of pasta dishes! :)  I have ventured into making my own pasta and recently I decided that I need to buy a pasta machine.  I am buying a cheap hand crank one to start and I’ll see where that takes me! I’ll be sure to keep you updated!

WednesdaySimple Chili with cornbread

This was a very simple chili to make, but the taste was more than simple!  The taste was so warming!  I love a good chili any season of the year!  Whether its chilly or warm, chili is a great meal!

ThursdayBalsamic Portabella Pizza

YUM, pizza!  We like to have pizza quite frequently at my house.  Its one of those meals that you can adapt to fit everybody’s tastes.  That makes everybody happy!  I like that!  I use this recipe to craft my pizza dough!
