Tuesday –Tempeh BLTA Sandwiches
You can make your own bread using Better Batter’s AP flour! The sandwich pairs the creaminess of smashed avocado, fresh tomato and lettuce and deliciously cooked tempeh strips!
This soup is so delicious, its perfect for any season! It is a recipe that has been passed through my family and everybody seems to make their own version of it. I love the recipe because its easily adapted for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and folks with allergies!
Thursday– Raspberry Breakfast Casserole
We love breakfast around here. Matter of fact, my husband typically cooks breakfast/brunch on the weekends! We love the family time we spend around the kitchen time in our jammies! This breakfast casserole is very easy to make and very yummy! You can make it dairy free or with your favorite dairy containing products.
Friday–Chili Cheese Dog Casserole
Its very simple and tastes great! Such a comfort food!
