Hello spring!  I know that I am certainly welcoming more sunshine and some warmer weather!  Maybe not all the thunderstorms that come along with it!

Monday –  Easy Pizza Casserole
Everybody loves an easy meal and this pizza casserole will be easy on the cook!  Its quick easy and tastes great!

Tuesday – Kale Risotto

Have you ever made risotto?  Its quite easy! We use some fresh spring kale to add into this dish!

Wednesday- Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Mac and Cheese is a favorite meal at our house.  We kicked it up a notch by adding cauliflower!  Check it out!

Thursday- Southwest Skillet

Southwest Skillet is a very easy dish to make but is full of flavor.  You can eat as a casserole or you can use it to stuff corn tacos!

Friday-  Pizza Night!
