Welcome to  Vegetarian Mamma‘s What’s Cooking!

As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer!  We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!


I love making dillas.  They are easy to adapt for my family; we can easily make then veg or vegan depending on the needs of my family! You can stock your dilla with your favorite veggies!  You can whip up your own tortillas using your Better Batter and this recipe.

Tuesday Spaghetti Squash with Butter with  cookies

Fall will be upon us before we know it.  I am in the mood for some spaghetti squash! :)  I love this simple recipe and of course I am pairing it with some of my favorite cookies!

Time for some grown up grilled cheese on your favorite homemade bread!  Better Batter AP flour works great for making bread!
