Welcome to  Vegetarian Mamma‘s What’s Cooking! Welcome to August! I hope that you’ve enjoyed some yummy gluten free food in the last month!

As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer!  We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!

Its grilling time!  We love a great veggie kabob on the grill! (Or under the broiler)  Treat your self with some yummy cookies this week!

TuesdayVegetable Zucchini Boats with leftover cookies

First of all, is there really such a thing as left over cookies?  Ha! Do you have any left over from last night? If so enjoy them again tonight! I bet they won’t last past tonight!  Dinner tonight is easy! Easy prep and then throw in the oven!

WednesdayTomato Basil Soup with rolls

Its soup night! Easy, yummy and it will warm your soul!


You will LOVE this creamy Mac; it has a secret ingredient!
Happy Friday! Its a night to relax and kick off the weekend!  Enjoy an easy dinner tonight! Be sure to use some homemade bread for your sandwich!
