Ah muffins, one of my favorite things on this earth! And of course we all know that I love breakfast for dinner!
The banana and nectarine fruit combination is one that will sure win you over! I’d pair this tasty muffin with some freshly scrambled eggs and a small fresh fruit bowl.
Its time to light the grill! We are grilling up some kabobs tonight! We are pairing it with a fresh garbanzo bean salad and some yummy cookies for dessert!
Well Hello Thursday! We are going to cap off Thursday with a soup dinner! I have picked a creamy vegan black bean soup to make your tummy happy! Pair this soup with a simple salad; maybe spice up your simple salad by using spinach or kale tonight for your greens.
Whawhoo, we made it through another week! To celebrate it being Friday we are going to keep dinner simple! We are having open face zucchini grinders tonight! Have any extra garden zucchini left you need to use up? Pair this sammy with some fresh fruit! Hey, maybe throw in some of your favorite “chips” since its Friday.
