What’s Cooking? 6/2/13


Welcome to  Vegetarian Mamma‘s What’s Cooking! I am rounding out a year of menu planning for Better Batter and StartGlutenFree!  Wow has this year flown by!  I hope you have enjoyed my menus!  Today I am recapping some of my favorite recipes!

As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer!  We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!

LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT THIS WEEK’S DINNER MENU…

Oh yum, this makes me hungry just thinking about it!  You can adjust the spice level to your liking!

TuesdayChana Masala with corn

The corn in this dish adds the perfect amount of ‘sweetness’ that sweet corn brings to a dish! It really blends the flavors together!


WednesdayCorn and Powder Soup with rolls

This is a delicious warming soup! Its easy to make! Be sure to make a double batch!

This meal takes a bit of extra time to fry the cauliflower but its worth every second!
