What’s Cooking? 5/27/13

Welcome to  Vegetarian Mamma‘s What’s Cooking! Happy Memorial Day!  I hope that you are enjoying a fantastic long weekend with your family! Its time to take a look at this week’s menu plan!

As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer!  We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!

Start your week off with this yummy easy dish!  Pair it with some veggie egg rolls. YUM!

TuesdayToaster Pasteries served with scrambled eggs

I was SO excited and SO proud of myself with these “poptarts!”  You will LOVE them too! The best part is that you can make a few extra to freeze, then bake when you are ready! :)  I’d pair them with some scrambled eggs!

WednesdayPowder Chowder with rolls

Its soup night around here!  We LOVE soup night because its so easy!  Pair this chowder with some yummy warm rolls!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE stir fry!  This is a fun stir fry because its served with beans!  My kiddos love the beans in this dish!  Pair with some yummy bars!
Happy Friday! Using the crust recipe above create your own pizza!  Will you use red sauce of pesto? Will you add meat or make it vegan? Its your call tonight!
Thanks for stopping by and see you next week!
