Hello from Vegetarian Mamma! This year is rolling right along, we are already into February! Soon we’ll be thinking of some sweet treats for Valentines Day!
As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer! We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!
LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT THIS WEEK’S DINNER MENU…
This is an easy dish to start your week of in an easy fashion! We all like easy, right? I am also starting with some cookies this week! Be sure to ration your cookies, so you can enjoy them all week long!
My boys LOVE breakfast for dinner! It just switches things up around here! This is an easy sandwich that will please you! Be sure to season with salt and pepper! My youngest loves ketchup on his sammy! This started as the adult sandwich when my kiddos ate scrambled eggs, however after seeing us eat them so many times, they joined the fun also! I’d pair this sammy with some freshly cut fruit.
Wednesday– Classic French Onion Soup
This recipe is super easy and FULL of flavor! There is something about French Onion Soup that is so comforting! We pulled this recipe straight from the Better Batter recipe bank!
This is a super easy Mac that will satisfy the entire family! Instead of rice flour, be sure to use Better Batter All Purpose Gluten Free Flour. I have made that sub when making this dish and it tastes great! I love to serve up some steamed broccoli when I serve mac!
Its Friday! We are keeping it simple this Friday with an old favorite, smashed avocado sammy! We are keeping it exciting by pairing it with Apple Blueberry Salad! You’ll love the sweet crunch of this salad!
Thanks for stopping by and see you next week!
