Hello from Vegetarian Mamma! This month has flown by! I can’t believe that its Christmas already! This week, I am sharing some new recipes and some old favorites! In our house we have our big Christmas meal on Christmas Eve. That way we don’t have to do much cooking on Christmas; we enjoy the left overs! Its all about less stress at the Vegetarian Mamma house!
As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer! We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!

Merry Christmas to you! Today we are going to start off this wonderful day with Christmas Morning Casserole! You will love this easy and filling dish! For the rest of the day we are going to enjoy the left overs from yesterdays BIG meal! No stress today! Be sure to enjoy each other!
Wednesday–Italian Bean Soup served with garlic buns
Welcome to the day after Christmas. A day when we are all tired! The kids are still going strong with all their new toys! Today we are going to keep with our easy relaxing theme and have some yummy Bean Soup! If you are vegetarian/vegan be sure to use the appropriate broth!

I just adore Fridays! Not only because it signals the start of family time on the weekend but it also means that dinner will simple! Have fun with this pizza and add other toppings if your little heart desires!
