I am a big fan of this recipe! The contrast of colors is beautiful and the taste is so bold! It made me feel like I was eating at a fancy restaurant but it was SUPER easy to make! For dessert we are serving up some yummy chocolate covered cherry cookies!
Tuesday – Crustless Quiche served with fresh fruit and toast
This recipe was very simple to make and tasted great! It is great for making and sticking in the oven! I love it when dinner cooks itself in the oven and I get to play with the kids a little longer! I use this recipe to make my homemade bread
. It makes the best toast!
Wednesday– Creamy Garlic Potato Soup served with rolls
This is a very tasty recipe that is perfect for this time of year! It will certainly warm your soul! Be sure to make a batch of rolls to dip into your soup! YUM!
This is another fix it and forget it dish. Two in one week, I know I am spoiling you! LOL Mix this yummy dish together and let it bake while you play with the kids or get a few extra chores finished before dinner! Or…sit and enjoy a glass of wine! You pick which option works for you!
Get the entire family involved tonight by creating a pizza bar! Each family member can decorate their own pizza! Include fun toppings such as olives, peppers, tomato, spinach, pineapple or pear!
