What’s Cooking? 11/19/12

Happy Holidays from Vegetarian Mamma!  Its official, we can say that now!  Thanksgiving is days away and then we can begin to think about Christmas and New Years!  This is one of my favorite times of the year.  We will be venturing to out of state to celebrate Thanksgiving, but we will be staying put for Christmas time!  What are you up this week? Any traveling on your agenda?

Our strategy this week is to keep things simple and calm! We will be revisiting some old favorites and trying out some new recipes as well!

As a quick reminder, we like to keep our meals simple, often times you can make them ahead and even store some meals in the freezer!  We focus on recipes that are adaptable; for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike!

This dish will get you in the mood for some Thanksgiving food!  You can choose to make this dish dairy free if you’d like. Ration the cookies wisely and you’ll have a sweet treat to last you until Thanksgiving day!
