Fall is in full swing here in Ohio! The leaves are beautiful and are starting to fall! It has been very sunny, yet the air is so chilly! This week I am celebrating my oldest son’s birthday! He turns 5 on the 15th! Time flies!

LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT THIS WEEK’S DINNER MENU:
This is a very fun and quick dinner! Its simple enough to fit into our Casual Fridays theme, but we are using it to kick off the week! Be sure to get a few fresh tomatoes to puree as dipping sauce! As always, be sure to serve your dinner with some fresh fruit!
I love these little cakes! They can be served with or without syrup, they are that flavorful! Be sure to serve with some fruit and scrambled eggs!
I know what you are thinking….you have tortillas and rolls? I know its almost overkill, but not really! Well at least in my book
There is just something about dipping a roll into the last few drops of soup in your bowl. YUMM! So indulge; have both!
This is a fun recipe! I mean, really how many times have you eaten rice balls? How cool! They really added to our spaghetti dish! It was the perfect replacement for meatballs!
