Happy Labor Day! This is the unofficial last week of summer at least I believe that’s what most people consider it. I am more than happy to be done with summer. This heat has taken a toll on me this year, likely because I’m pregnant and add to that the temperatures well over 100 degrees, and I’m a puddle of water!
So, as we celebrate Labor Day, we also need to plan out some great meals for the rest of the week. Let’s get right to it!
Monday– Being that today is Labor Day, these Bruschetta Burgers would make the perfect additional to a cookout. Simply replace the bun with a gluten free bun and you are all set!
Tuesday– On Tuesday, let’s make it an easy day as we all head back to work after a long weekend and make Slow Cooker Italian Steaks.
Wednesday– Let’s start the day off with a morning treat with these Baked Vanilla Doughnuts, simply use Better Batter Gluten Free All Purpose Flour for a great result! Now for dinner how about trying Toni’s Beef & Peppers!
Thursday– It sounds like a good night for Slow Cooker Meatloaf! This meal is perfect to have waiting for you when you arrive home from work. Just be sure to use gluten free oats and you are all set!
