It’s official my favorite time of year as the first week of fall is finally upon us! In light of it being the first week of fall, I am going to stick to fall inspired recipes this week.
I also spent this past week updating my recipe index to include a Gluten Free Recipe Index, be sure and check it out for more recipes!
Now, it’s time to get started menu planning for the week!
Monday: On Monday let’s start with my new favorite chili, Slow Cooker Pumpkin Chili. This chili is not only delicious but perfect for fall, the pumpkin aroma will fill the air. Be sure and don’t get scared, the pumpkin taste gives it a subtle spice but is not overpowering! This chili is perfectly paired with Homemade Cornbread.
Tuesday: Serve a delicious fall inspired meal with this Fall Harvest Bake. This dish is perfect fall meal plus it’s an all in one meal complete with your veggies and grains too! Save a little room for dessert after this one and enjoy some Apple Nachos with your family!
Wednesday: Let’s make Wednesday a soup day with this Cream of Tomato Soup! I love to serve this with a gluten free grilled cheese sandwich using gluten free bread, wonderful treat for a cool day.
Thursday: Enjoy Ranch Breaded Porkchops with your favorite sides! These are simple to make gluten free using gluten free bread crumbs. I like to use the Ener-G brand!
