Are you ready for crisp air, hoodies, pumpkin, and chili? I know I sure am! I live for fall and would be happy with fall year round. I already have many fall recipes in the works that I’ll be sharing soon. I thought this week I would share a few favorites with you just to get you in the fall spirit!
Let’s get on to this week of recipes!
Monday– I am going to start this week off with a big batch of Toni’s Tangy Meatballs! These are perfect to save half of them by freezing them and utilize the leftovers throughout the week in meals. This makes for some easy cooking.
Tuesday– On Tuesday, it’s the perfect opportunity to use up some of those leftover meatballs from Monday and serve them with your favorite gluten free spaghetti pasta and marinara sauce! I suggest saving a little extra room for dessert and whipping up this Blackberry Cobbler using Better Batter Gluten Free All Purpose Flour!
Wednesday– Relax on Wednesday and let the slow cooker do all the work with this Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup. This is the perfect soup to make you dream about fall!
Thursday– On Thursday enjoy a little Italian with Chicken Alfredo Pasta and be sure and add your favorite salad along with it!
Friday– On Friday start the night off with a BLT Pizza using your favorite gluten free pizza crust. I think Friday night definitely calls for a dessert so how about trying some Caramel Chocolate Chip Brownies!
