Is anyone else in shock that it’s the 1st day of October? I am! I feel like we were just in summer and now we are already to October! Time sure does seem to go faster the older I get!
This week I plan to share with you some delicious fall recipes, plus one that I made this week for S’mores Brownies. I felt like I entered chocolate heaven when I ate these, and I may have cleared the entire dish by myself!
Let’s get started on this week’s menu!
Monday: I like to start Mondays off with a Slow Cooker meal because let’s face it, Mondays are busy! This Monday enjoy a nice pot of Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili. Serve this over your favorite Homemade Cornbread!
Tuesday: Start the day off with a slice of Pumpkin Bread and your morning coffee, then you will be ready to talk dinner! On Tuesday enjoy Parmesan Pork Zucchini Boats. These make a perfect dinner that gives you a healthy dose of meat and veggies!
Wednesday: On Wednesday enjoy the crispy fall air with a nice pot of Slow Cooker Taco Stew. I like to serve this with corn chips or toasty corn tortillas.
Thursday: Thursday is a good day for Dill Breaded Pork Chops. The dill gives these chops a burst of flavor that will be enjoyed by all!
Friday: On Friday, let’s end our week by grilling out some of these Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings! Friday night would also be the perfect day to treat the family or yourself to a nice plate of S’mores Brownies.
