I hope you enjoyed last week’s menu plan and recipes! This week has lots of easy meals in store plus a few sweet treats. I have to admit during this pregnancy, my sweet tooth has been craving chocolate so I had to throw in a chocolate cake! I figured you wouldn’t mind a bit!
Now let’s look at the menu for the week.
Monday– Start Monday off right by eating a slice of Strawberry Bread with your morning cup of coffee. This bread taste great made with Better Batter Gluten Free All Purpose Flour. Next, for dinner let’s make that easy to make Monday a little less maniac with this Slow Cooker Taco Soup!
Tuesday– On Tuesday, I think it’s time to try this Beef Goulash. This is so simple using just a few ingredients plus it’s no bake! Simply, use your favorite gluten free pasta and you are all set!
Wednesday– I think Wednesday calls for Breakfast for Dinner, enjoy these delicious Omelets in a Pan that you see pictured above with a side of bacon or sausage. Be sure and save up a little room though because you may want a big slice of Banana Mocha Cake for dessert! This recipe works perfectly with Better Batter Gluten Free All Purpose Flour.
Thursday– It’s time to take a break and recoup before the weekend with an easy but tasty recipe, Slow Cooker Rosemary Roast and Potatoes. I promise this will become your new favorite roast recipe not to mention your home will smell delightful after a long day at work.
Friday– You’ve made it to Friday! On Friday, whip up a batch of Dill Chicken Salad and serve as a wrap with a corn tortilla or make a batch of Gluten Free Croissants. The Dill Chicken Salad is perfect to have on hand during the week for lunches too!
