Can you believe that Halloween is now behind us and up next is Thanksgiving? I have to say I’d like to bypass Thanksgiving and head right to Christmas. I think the fact I’m expecting a Christmas baby is making me anticipate the holidays even more this year!
Nevertheless, we still have lots of menu planning to do in the meantime!
Monday– On Monday, it’s time to get out the slow cooker and enjoy these Slow Cooker Rosemary Cornish Hens! These are the perfect way to impress the family too. Then, for dessert whip up some Pumpkin Bread in a Jar.
Thursday– I think Thursday would be the perfect night for Beef & Peppers, one of my all time favorites!
Friday– On Friday try out these Chicken Salad Stuffed Popovers that I made recently with Better Batter Gluten Free All Purpose Flour! Not only are these yummy, but they also are perfect for kids too! I would pair these with some Mac & Cheese plus veggies.
