It’s time for all things fall including fall treats, so I had to add a few of those on this week’s menu plan! Not only that but I’m also loving the fall weather which makes me want to get outside and use our smoker so a smoked recipe is on the menu this week too!
I just wrapped up my first gluten free cooking class and now have a gluten free recipe index on my website for you to use to find a variety of recipes!
Now on to the menu!
Monday– On Monday try out these Chicken Salad Stuffed Popovers. This recipe was my first time making popovers, plus I did them gluten free. I have to say they turned out just as good as the real deal! At least no one in my family could tell that they were gluten free!
Tuesday– Tuesday is a good day for a casserole, Meatball Casserole is a nice twist on a traditional pasta bake! Then, surprise the family with a batch of Caramel Pumpkin Cupcakes. I made these with the Better Batter Yellow Cake Mix, delicious!
Wednesday– Let’s start Wednesday off with a batch of White Chocolate Pumpkin Biscotti and a cup of coffee! Then, let the slow cooker do the work while you take the day off and make this Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili.
Thursday– Thursday is a good night to relax after a long week and enjoy these Oven Baked Nachos! These are perfect to use some of your favorite toppings and have an easy family meal!
Is your mouth watering yet? I’m not sure about you but I could just skip to Friday and go for some Turkey Legs!
Happy Menu Planning!
