It is getting very chilly in my part of the country which is making all those fall colors just magnificent! I’m telling you, I live for fall! This week I wanted to showcase some of my favorite comfort foods along with some delicious fall inspired dishes as well!
Let’s get on to this week’s good eats!
Monday– On Monday let’s whip up a family favorite of ours, Chili Cheese Tater Tots. It may not be the healthiest thing on the menu but it has delicious written all over it! This is also a good recipe to freeze half and save for later!
Tuesday– I think the perfect start to Tuesday would be with one of these Baked Pumpkin Doughnuts and a cup of coffee! Next up for dinner warm up with some French Onion Soup. I like to serve this with a tasty bread, try some Better Batter French Bread to make the perfect pairing.
Friday– It’s time to relax and finish the week so why not let the slow cooker do some work? Have some Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork and serve it on top of a baked potato or with a gluten free bun! Save room for dessert on Friday night and enjoy a Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Scone. Luckily, you’ll probably have enough for breakfast too!
