Happy Thanksgiving Week! It’s time to start preparing this week for the big feast! If you need some gluten free Thanksgiving ideas, be sure and check out the link for Thursday on the menu plan. I thought for the rest of the week, we would keep it easy since most of us will be busy getting ready for the big day!
Monday– On Monday, make a nice batch of Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas! These are sure to be a hit with the family, plus they may last you into Tuesday which is great if you are busy cooking for Thanksgiving this week.
Wednesday– Now we are inching closer to the big day and I’m sure you are all busy preparing. Let’s stick with something easy tonight and enjoy a nice cup of Cream of Tomato Soup with a grilled cheese made with your favorite gluten free bread. Now, prepare early for Thursday and whip up some Caramel Pumpkin Cupcakes!
