The Week’s Good Eats- Week of May 6th


It’s here!  We are in May!  I simply cannot believe how fast time goes!  Did you have a good May day?  Are you ready for summer foods?  I know, I am!

What foods are you ready for?  First on my list, summer sweet corn.  Delicious!

Let’s get on to this week’s good eats!

Monday-

Let’s get our Monday dinner started right with these Crispy Chicken Thighs and Garlic Mashed Potatoes!

Tuesday-

Next up on Tuesday, start off with a Cranberry Orange Muffin along with your morning coffee!  Next up, for dinner whip up a family favorite with these Mini Taco Salads!

Wednesday-

Take it easy on Wednesday and enjoy this Slow Cooker Ham &  Yam Casserole.

Thursday-

On Thursday, it can be a light dinner night with one of my favorite salads, this Stone Fruit Salad!  Save a little room for dessert and make a batch of Chocolate Chip Brownies!  You are eating a salad for dinner, right?  So…a brownie won’t hurt!

Friday-

Friday, have the family over to enjoy Grilled Vidalia Onions along with a nice, juicy Rosemary Steak.  Sip a nice sweet drink for dessert with this Wildberry Italian Cream Soda!
