The Week’s Good Eats- Week of May 20th


We are gearing up for Memorial Day!  It’s almost here the unofficial start of summer.

I can’t wait, I’m so ready for the pool and warm weather!

I’m ready to dress my baby girl in a cute little polka dot swimsuit complete with matching hat and glasses.  Yep…that’s going to be the highlight of the summer.

In the midst of Memorial Day comes lots of menu planning!

Let’s get right to it!

Monday-

Start the week off with some Chocolate Chip Cookies!  That’s a great way to brighten up your Monday.  Then, for dinner enjoy some Guacamole Enchiladas!

Tuesday-

On Tuesday make a warm, family meal with this Meatball Casserole!  Serve it with a side salad and you are all ready for dinner!

Wednesday-

A delicious easy meal is in store for you on Wednesday with this Poached Egg Chicken Salad!

Thursday-

On Thursday, enjoy a Slow Cooker Dill Chicken & Veggies dish!  Then, for dessert enjoy a slice of Banana Mocha Cake!

Friday-

Friday it’s time to enjoy a fun dinner with these Smoked Turkey Legs!  Complete the meal with Cheesy Taters!
