The Week’s Good Eats- Week of March 18th

Cinnamon Kissed Chicken

Can you believe we are half way through the month and just short of two weeks away from Easter?  I can’t believe it!  I have all our Easter dresses and outfits ready to go as we embark on the spring season.  We are looking forward to upcoming Easter Egg hunts along with all those delicious Easter dinners going on around the country in the next few weeks!

This week our menu is staying simple as we prepare for the big Easter feast next week!

Start the week off with Slow Cooker Cinnamon Kissed Chicken.  This will give you the perfect treat for your whole family, plus a nice break in cooking!

Many parts of the country are still in the winter season with snow covered streets!  In celebration of the colder temps, enjoy a nice bowl of this copycat Zio’s Tomato Florentine Soup!

On Wednesday, enjoy a family favorite with this classic Cheeseburger Pie!

Get a dose of fish in this week with this Hawaiian Breaded Fish!  This is perfect served with a side of rice and steamed veggies.

Have an at home date night on Friday Night?  Impress your date or your family with these Slow Cooker Rosemary Cornish Hens!  Then, enjoy a late night cup of coffee…decaf and White Chocolate Cranberry Biscotti.

That looks like another good week of eats to me.  What is on your menu this week?

Happy  Menu Planning!
