I’m not sure about you but we’ve been eating garden goodies for about a month now and counting! I love this time of year, where I can mix some meat up with veggies from the garden and call it dinner!
Did I mention it’s so easy? Plus taking veggies straight from our garden is pretty much as organic as you can get!
That means there are a few garden pantry style meals on this week’s menu!

On Monday start your week off easy with these Fruit Salsa Hot Dogs! Simply use a gluten free bun and you have a delicious sweet, summer dinner! If you want to make it even better end it with Frozen Strawberry Brownie Cups for dessert!
On Tuesday, let the slow cooker do some work with this Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan. Serve it with a side salad and a few slices of gluten free bread and you are all set!
It’s a fun night for the whole family with an Easy Taco Bar! Get out all the toppings and enjoy!
