The Week’s Good Eats- Week of July 22nd


Can you believe we are now nearly at the end of July?  I’m in back to school mode as my son is about to start Pre-K!  I’m actually pretty sad and excited at the same time.

I don’t want to see him grow up on me, but I’m overly excited to get him all sorts of cute stuff for school and of course school supplies!  I have an unhealthy obsession with buying school supplies!

On top of that, I’m looking for lots of back to school food ideas too so I’ll be sharing some of those with you soon!

Before that though, time to get to our dinner plans this week!

Monday-

Start Monday with some delicious Italian Breaded Pork Chops!  Serve them up with your favorite gluten free pasta or side dish.  Then, save room for a delicious treat with this Three Berry Focaccia!

Crock Pot Chicken Nachos

Tuesday-

Kick back and enjoy the outdoors without all the hassle of cooking with this easy dish, Crock Pot Chicken Nachos!  These can be topped with a variety of your favorite toppings!

Wednesday-

On Wednesday, enjoy a veggie packed meal with this Spaghetti Squash Medley!  Then, enjoy a slice of Banana Mocha Cake for dessert!

Thursday-

On Thursday, an easy night is in store with this Poached Egg Chicken Salad!  Serve this up with a tasty gluten free sandwich and you are all set!

Friday-

On Friday, fire up the grill and enjoy this Grilled Rosemary Lemon Steak.  Then, serve some roasted okra!  This can be done on the oven or the grill in a foil pack!  I could eat that okra like candy!
