The Week’s Good Eats- Week of January 28th

Can you believe January is nearly over?  We are already off to a fast start to 2013!  Have you conquered your resolution of menu planning?  I hope you are getting off to a good start with your menu planning this year.

If you need some help, here are some great recipes for this week of good eats!

Monday–  Start your week off by baking a nice loaf of Banana Bread!  I like to keep this on hand for a quick breakfast throughout the week.  Next up, make your day easy with this Slow Cooker Ranch Style Chicken for dinner!

Tuesday–  Warm up on Tuesday with a batch of Beef & Veggie Soup along with Homemade Cornbread.  This makes enough to enjoy throughout the week too!

Wednesday–  On Wednesday, have an Italian Night with this Chicken Alfredo!  Serve it along side your favorite gluten free garlic bread!

Thursday–  Make Thursday a Mexican Fiesta Night with these Chicken Guacamole Enchiladas!

Friday–  Finish the week off right with this Meatball Casserole.  This time be sure and don’t forget dessert!  Time to whip up a batch of these Strawberry & Cream Cupcakes!
