The Week’s Good Eats – Week of February 2nd


Pecan Hazelnut Bread

It’s already February!  It just really amazes me.  I’m anxious for spring though, are you?  I am hoping we have a fairly mild February then it will be time for spring and spring clothes plus lots of outdoor cooking.

Let’s get on to this week’s menu!

Monday-

Start Monday with a slice of Pecan Hazelnut Bread paired with your coffee.   Then, for dinner enjoy a simple Cranberry Pecan Salad.

Tuesday-

Tuesday make an easy but tasty meal with this Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken.

Wednesday-

Wednesday, let the slow cooker do the work and enjoy this Slow Cooker Stuffed Pepper Soup paired with Homemade Cornbread.

Thursday-

On Thursday, enjoy a light but delicious meal with this Spaghetti Squash Salad.

Friday-

Friday is a great day for Gingerbread Waffles.  Then, for dinner enjoy Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas!
