The Week’s Good Eats- Week of February 11th

heart shaped eggs

It’s the week of L-O-V-E!  Do you go out for Valentine’s Day or do you enjoy dinner at home?  My husband and I are very much dinner at home people!  I just hate to fight the crowds, luckily we were able to enjoy a date night over the weekend.  This was much needed with a new baby at home, we needed a day out without the kids.

Now we are refreshed and ready for the week ahead!

Let’s get on to some delicious eats this week!

I like to start the week off easy with these Slow Cooker Tangy Pork Chops!  These are perfect served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Tuesday would be a good night for this Hawaiian Chicken Stir Fry!  It’s a delicious twist on traditional stir fry complete with the sweetness of pineapple.

Warm up with a delicious bowl of Slow Cooker Taco Stew, easy to make and enjoyed by all!

Start your day with heart shaped eggs for breakfast served with your favorite gluten free bread.

Enjoy a date night at home starting with delicious Mozzarella Sticks and a main course of Chicken Cacciatore.  Next up for dessert, enjoy a Chocolate Caramel Fondue!

On Friday, enjoy Chili Cheese Tater Tot Casserole, even better you can freeze half for dinner on another night.  That gives you 2 meals in 1!  Then, save room for dessert and have White Chocolate Covered Brownies!

I’m hungry now, are you?  What’s on your menu?
