The Week’s Good Eats- Week of August 26th

Ranch Breaded Chicken Tenders

We are heading into Labor Day weekend this week, which means the unofficial end to summer!  I have to say, I’m happy about that!

I’m ready for fall, my favorite season.  I’m already stocking up on sweaters and ready for some warm cups of coffee and crisp fall air.

I’m trying to remind myself though, we still have a few warm weeks left though around here.

This week is all about mixing up a little bit of slow cooker meals with some oven cooked meals!

Let’s get on to this week of eats!


On Monday, start the morning off with Apple Oatmeal Muffins.  Then, for dinner make Slow Cooker Apricot Chicken!


It’s Tuesday and a good night for a kid friendly favorite with Ranch Breaded Chicken Tenders!

Frozen Caramel Coffee


Start Wednesday with a Frozen Caramel Coffee, the perfect mid week treat!  Then, for dinner serve up some Stuffed Peppers!


Let’s have a fun Thursday night with these Sloppy Joe Spuds!  Not only are they easy but tasty too!

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Brownies


Finish Friday off right with a family movie night and Three Meat Pizza!  My favorite way to end the week!  Of course, you need dessert too!  So, enjoy a little Puppy Chow Mix too.
