It’s Back to School Week for us! We are all filled with nervous excitement over here to send our son off to school for the first time! In the midst of that though, I’m also trying to keep an easy menu plan this week since I know we will be trying to get back into a routine.
I’m actually pretty excited to get a good routine down, which will hopefully make working from home with kids much more smooth! One thing I like to do to keep my weeks from getting too crazy is to always add a few slow cooker meals on the menu or even freezer meals too!
Let’s get right on to this week’s menu!
On Monday, make a big batch of Toni’s Tangy Meatballs. This recipe gives you plenty to store away in the freezer too for some busy dinner nights! Also, make a batch of Omelets in a Pan, which are freezer friendly and perfect for busy mornings!
Tuesday, whip up a great snack for back to school lunches with these Baked Apple Chips! For dinner, reuse some of those delicious meatballs in Spaghetti & Meatballs!
Get the kids started in the morning with this Sunrise Breakfast Casserole, then make an extra or freeze the leftovers to use for quick breakfast throughout the month! Then, for dinner enjoy some Ranch Breaded Pork Chops!
It’s back to school day for us so that means reusing breakfast that we had in the freezer from earlier in the week plus pulling out the crock pot! I think a Slow Cooker Rosemary Roast & Potatoes would be the perfect end to the day!
That looks like a great week of good eats! Happy Menu Planning!
