The Week’s Good Eats – Week of April 7th

Italian Chili Spaghetti

Have you started planting your flowers yet this season?  I am holding off just another week or so then it’s time!  We are anxious to get our garden started as well this year.  We are in a new house with much more room for our garden.  I’m looking forward to fresh produce to use in dinners this summer.

Let’s get right on to our menu this week!


One of my favorite gluten free recipes that I have been making with my Better Batter flour is this Chicken Noodle Soup.  The egg noodles are perfect and taste just as good as the real deal!


On Tuesday make a new favorite of mine, Grilled Chicken Alfredo Pizza on Spaghetti Squash Crust!  Then, for dessert make a batch of Pecan Crisp Cookies.


On Wednesday let the slow cooker do the work with this Slow Cooker Rosemary Roast and Potatoes.


Start Thursday with Gluten Free Homemade Cinnamon Rolls and a nice cup of coffee.  Then, for dinner enjoy this Italian Chili Spaghetti!


Fire up the grill on Friday for these Balsamic Grilled Steaks.  Then, pick out some veggies from this list to grill!
