Didn’t we just get into April and now this is the last FULL week of April! This is insane.
We have our garden planted now and are waiting patiently for some fresh produce to spring out of the garden! My favorite part are all the fresh herbs I plan to use in lots of recipes.
In the meantime, it’s menu planning time!
On Monday, start with breakfast for dinner and maybe you will have enough throughout the week too! It’s time to try out this Sausage Skillet, add what you have on hand to make it perfect!
Wednesday, whip up this Mexican Chicken Bake. This one is perfect because you will likely have leftovers for chicken nachos. So do you know what will be on the menu for Thursday?
On Thursday, use up what is left of your Mexican Chicken Bake and top it over nachos to have an easy nacho night! Then, whip up a batch of Chocolate Chip Zucchini Waffles for breakfast on Friday!
It’s Friday! It’s time to rest and relax with these Corn Salsa Burgers! Then, for dessert add some ice cream to those cookies you made earlier in the week for an ice cream sandwich.
