Cook it Fast, Make it Slow: The Big Book of Everyday Slow Cooking

While this book doesn’t call for any Better Batter products, it is simply one of the most awesome slow cooker books on the market. Easy recipes that always turn out and funny reviews that are actually honest (eg. “My husband liked it, my kids licked off the sauce…”). You can use Better Batter products in place of the pancake mix or all purpose baking mixes called for in the recipes, and you’ll still get a great result every time. This book gets really hard use in Naomi Poe’s personal kitchen, and every recipe tested has been kid-approved to date!
Gluten-Free on a Shoestring

Nicole’s first book, full of great information and even better recipes, will meet your needs to have delicious food without breaking the bank. All recipes in the book use Better Batter, and they’re awesome. Naomi’s favorites are the chocolate wafer cookies (you can use them for Oreos, Girl Scout cookies, cookie crumb pie crusts, etc.)
